If you presently have satellite tv then you can definitely receive our service. >> Do you need to test my house for a signal? No testing is required. >> I have a dish can I use that? No we use a different type of dish but you can get tv from our dish also. >> Do you need to use my landline? No this is a full two way broadband service and does not require a landline to operate. >> Can I connect it to more than one computer? Yes you can opt for a wireless router. >> Is there a download limit? It depends on which package you choose. Bronze and Gold have download limits (but you can purchase extra bandwidth). Silver and Platinum do not. >> Can I receive TV stations? Although we have the technical capacity to offer TV we will not be offering a TV package until later in the year. >> How long is the contract for? There are two types of contract options either 24 months or 6 months. >> Can I install the product myself? Our product is designed for self install and as such is 100% user friendly. We provide an audio sat finder programmed for our particular satellite. >> Is it suitable for a Mac? Yes it works on a PC or a Mac. >> What happens if I buy it and it does not work for me? We are the only broadband company who provide you with a fourteen day ,no quibble guarantee. If you sign up for the service and you are not happy with it you have fourteen days from date of installation to inform us of same and we will come and take the equipment back and refund your money in full. |
